This is a stand-up company, with a can-do attitude. A long time ago, much longer than their warranty, they installed a fence along the perimeter of our property. The initial installation was great, they did an amazing job scribing around a couple of volunteer oak trees, and the final product looked great. After several years, the fence started to fall down. We called Borg to see what they could do. Dave has taken the claim, and he has been more than understanding and helpful in our process of getting the fence fixed. They have done more than they promised regarding their warranty, and their service has been great.
