The recent Bay area storms blew down 50 feet of our 25 (plus) year old back fence. Borg Fence & Deck was referred by our local El Cerrito Home Depot. I was contacted within a couple of days to arrange an estimator visit. Estimator showed up at the promised time. I got the estimate on a pretty quick turn around. (Although fence estimates are not that complicated.) Price was a little more than double what I remember paying for materials alone when I built the original fence. I thought that was pretty reasonable in the circumstances.
I approved the price and a couple of alternates, Borg immediately called back to schedule the install. The guys showed up on time, with everything they needed on the truck and built the new fence in about half a day. I made a deal with them to haul away the old fence and recycle the waste for a reasonable extra charge.
New fence looks great and I’m sure it will still be here in 25 years, although I don’t think I will.
